Challenge 13&14: The Three Lakes Challenge  The Lake District Ultra

This fantastic challenge makes the most of what the Lake District has to offer by traversing the National Park by boat (11.5km), foot (9km) and bike (30km), with an abseil (150m) and a swim (750m) mixed in. This is likely to be tough, particularly considering we have not been Kayaking since going with our Mum and Dad in Cubs and don’t really do long bike rides!

Challenges 15&16: Boulters to Bray Swim

The race course itself, running from Boulter's Lock in Maidenhead to the Waterside Inn at Bray, is one of the most beautiful stretches of the River Thames and an area we spent a lot of time with our Mum when we were growing up.
